The past 4 years I have been re-discovering who I am, finding my passions and joy in sharing my talents to bless others.
I’ve learned a bunch of tools and techniques that help me to get rid of the negative emotions, experience what I need to grow, but I no longer deal with the stress that we so often bring on ourselves.
My goal is to value myself enough that I honor what is important to me, have healthy boundaries, fill my life with meaning and purpose and have energy equal to all the good things I want to accomplish! (Honestly, it should be everyone’s goal)
However, sometimes when my body is achy and exhausted, or the kids are not getting along and my list of things to do piles higher and higher… it’s hard to remember to take care of myself, to feed my soul and to do the things that I know can get me out of a slump and into a place of Joy, Connection & Productivity.
So…. I created this little beauty!
I wanted something that would like to see on my fridge….not just another sticky note reminder. (because I might take that off out of clutter frustration)
This was my criteria:
- nice to look at
- inspired me to be better
- reminded me how to make my day awesome
- incorporated many of the awesome tools I have learned and teach
- had a ripple– because when I am my best self – I can help others be their best selves!
I recommend printing it in color, folding in half and laminating (or print in color on card stock)
The top is the reminder and the bottom has some tips to pull you out of a slump.
