It’s on my mind this morning….
The path to a joyful life? Light, Joy, Peace, Security, Clarity, Abundance… things most humans seek.
Information floods all around us. Things to do, places to go, things to learn…
How to do we find our path… fill our lives with LIGHT and live a meaningful life with those we love?
There are so many conferences going on all over the world…. so much information…. so much to learn. I appreciate all who are willing to stand up and speak out and be a blessing in the lives of others.
There is one conference I attend twice a year and never miss it. It is my favorite ‘holiday’ and I block out my entire schedule and give it my attention completely.
WHY?
Because this conference is one that brings everything else I learn together. This conference fills my soul and helps me to align my life with truth and find the path that is right for my life. It brings more love and compassion into my life. It helps me see where I can improve and how I can serve better.
It is worth giving up all Saturday activities and the rush of everyday. I gather with my family and take notes. This is for everyone! Everywhere! I get to learn and BE WITH MY FAMILY! I receive inspiration and direction customized to my life. It is a beautiful thing.
I’ve attended many events and occasionally go back to the notes/replay… but mostly I don’t. (Probably would be good if I did… I’m working on this.)
However, this conference is one I listen to over and over, I watch the replay constantly and it blesses my life everyday.

This morning I read the scripture below and it says we are COMMANDED to gather together OFT in fasting and prayer for the welfare of those who knew not God.
Isn’t that all of us at times? That we know Him, but not ALL of Him. We can grow in light, but at times we still struggle. There is always more to learn, a next level of light an connection to attain. (If there wasn’t we would be in heaven already…. this life is all about growing and learning to become like Jesus Christ!)
Today I choose to unite my faith with all of yours as we pray and fast that every soul that seeks shall find, and we will all be a bit stronger, and have more clarity as to our part in this great eternal plan of God.

Nevertheless the children of God were commanded that they should gather themselves together oft, and join in fasting and mighty prayer in behalf of the welfare of the souls of those who knew not God.
