Do you really think it’s possible?
That each and every thing in our life can be improved with LOVE?? Read to see what I found and see if you agree…Let’s explore it together!
In all the really hard things of life, and the joyful times, my heart and mind come back to LOVE.
Well, LOVE and FAITH!
Today I will share with you my perspective on this… I’d love you to share yours in the comments.
This is what I mean…
When your kid is upset…. increase love & listen
When you are having a hard day… practice loving you
When it’s beautiful outside… express love.
When you don’t agree… love enough to listen.
When you are triggered… love yourself enough to stop and breathe
When you feel the discomfort of your experience… love yourself enough to ask for help
When life feels overwhelming… love yourself enough to slow down and take one step at a time
When you have a prompting to do something amazing and uncomfortable… express love that God trusts you with His work.
When things are going well and you are successful… love yourself enough to invest in yourself and keep growing
When money is tight… loving others by giving (trust me on this… it works… with intention, not recklessly)
Severe illness…
Abuse…
Trauma…
…LOVE yourself enough to get help, to live within your capacity, to do the work of healing. It can be hard, but it’s oh so worth it!
You always gain by giving love.

Great Questions to bring in love
Asking questions like this is helpful for me… I bet it will support you as well.
- How can I show up in love in this moment?
- What is the best way to express my love?
- What expressions of love do they need?
- How can I better love [person] today?
- What do i need to to to better receive the love God has for me?
Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to add more to our lives and our schedules. I have been there. However, I find that when I add in simple tools like this, that my life gets exponentially better!
It is so helpful for me to remember that we are all children of God. He loves us all and knows each and every one of us. He knows our hearts, our desires, our challenges, our abilities, and our schedules.
Often when I’m in that place where it feels impossible, this is my prayer: “God, you know me. You know what I have today. You know my desire to XXX. Please show me what I can do today to improve this situation…”
It never fails. When we ask, we receive. God cares. He LOVES. He wants to help us better love each other.
What do you think? Do you agree?
Let’s test my theory…comment and give me a scenario and I’ll see if I can find a way love is the answer!

I TOTALLY AGREE!!! 1000% I say it often. Love is ALWAYS the answer. The 2 great commandments and on them hang ALL THE LAW! Love 1)God 2)Neighbors 3)Self. Yes. LOVE is ALWAYS the answer!
YES! so very true! And it’s important that we learn to love ourselves as God loves us so we can love others at full capacity as well. I love that even while we are in our journey and our struggles, that God uses us to bless others when we have a willing heart and choose to invite Him to guide us.
